He instructs Real Estate Broker classes throughout the state of Oregon in the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) program as well as is an active member on several committees at the state level. Rod specializes in foreclosure properties and commercial business analysis. He is a licensed Realtor in Oregon and has a wealth of knowledge that can be tapped into.  In his free time he has his own Youtube channel (Your-RealEstateGuru.com) that keeps him busy as well as caring for his Guide Dog, Cairo.

Karen Croston

I am the owner and Principal Broker for our Mt Hood Realty office in Troutdale, OR, and Camas, WA.  I serve on the East Metro Board of Directors for Real Estate as well as other committees. Real Estate has been a part of my life since I can remember. My grandfather owned his own real estate company on the Coast of Oregon, and my aunt has been in the business for many years down in Talent, Oregon. When I decided to go down this career path it felt like it was in my blood! I have been enjoying every minute of it, helping people buy and sell their homes is a huge honor. I love to be a part of such a huge step in people's lives! When I am not doing Real Estate, I am usually out and about in nature. In the summer I love to get away and go camping out by a body of water. My dog Zumie loves to swim and to have free range in the woods. In the winter I love to go snowboarding on Mt.
